Frequent questions

We have compiled the most frequent questions from our clients so that you do not have any doubts when renting any of our teams. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us by phone or email. We will wait for you!

Come to our store and fill out a contract with your data to formalize the rental. We will need a photo of your ID or passport as a deposit.

Depending on the items you rent and the times, the rates will vary, you can find the prices in the section of each item. We will charge you a deposit that will be returned to you when you deliver the material in the same condition that you took it with you. You will need a credit card or cash; debit cards are not accepted.

All bicycles are delivered with a lock and helmet, at no additional cost.

The paddle surf boards are delivered with a paddle and a waterproof bag, at no additional cost.

We have baby seats available on request. The additional cost of the baby seat is €5.

We do not have a bicycle collection service. In the event of a puncture, go to our store and we will change your bike for one equal or better if we do not have the model you rented available, at no additional cost.

Make sure you always have the material you rent within easy reach. If you are going to padlock, always do so in a solid place fixed to the ground. When you take the material out of the store, it becomes your responsibility.

Please, try to arrive 15 minutes before the reservation time and always return the material with enough time to respect the closing hours of the store. If you return the material outside the contracted hours, €15 per hour of delay will be applied. After 15 minutes the full hour is charged.

Electric bicycles and electric skates rental is limited to people over 16 years of age.

Both electric bicycles and electric skates s must always stay overnight in the store, in this way we guarantee the charge of the vehicle's battery at night.
